Week 5: Empathy Map

This week we presented in class our process and the “How Might We Question” (HMWQ) that we conducted due to the conclusions from the research, interviews with potential customers and experts, the persona and the competition analysis that we did so far .

We were happy to receive good feedback on our presentation.

This week we wrote an empathy map. During writing we had to understand our persona even better. This is a really important stage so we read again the interviews we did and learned more from new academic articles we found to help us.

We tried to understand what they see, feel, hear and think and behave in order to focus our HMWQ and future product even more.

After a long debate we conducted the new, more focused and user-oriented, HMWQ: “How might we help Neta and Itay, who have been in a stable relationship for over a year, improve the quality of the time that they spend together after a busy day, during routine life?”

We are really excited for next week when we will start to think about how to solve their problems and needs.
